How to use FutbolMarket

The need, the path here, the result.

Updated: 2026-10-29

What this is

FutbolMarket exists to connect Polish football and make life easier for everyone in it. Whether you are a player, a coach or the parent of a young athlete, the platform becomes your personal assistant and digital manager. Right after you sign in you land on a clear home panel, where each tile is a tool for everyday football, such as browsing ads, checking the football map, the messenger or running events. You do not have to learn the whole system at once. It is enough to fill in your profile and mark what you are looking for now. From then on the system works in the background, reading the market, suggesting the right matches and quietly telling the right clubs that you are available. Even if the team you chose does not have an account yet, we send them a professional preview on your behalf. You can also reply quickly to recruitment ads from club boards and agencies, talk safely in the built-in chat, and, when you need to, share your official sporting profile outside the site with one click, through a public link. We also wanted a friendly place for the youngest, so parents looking for a local academy move in a dedicated area, fully separate from the senior transfer market.

Automatic CV sending and a career assistant

FutbolMarket is much more than a board of listings, because we built a system that works like your own tireless agent. For everyone over sixteen with a complete public profile, a photo and a career history, sending your CV now happens on its own. When you turn on looking for a club or a coaching job, every morning at 8:15 the system sends your ready profile to selected teams in your region. Clubs with an active account receive it in their inbox. Unverified teams in the catalogue get a safe email preview, without your phone number or email address.

Discretion comes first, so the automatic queue always skips your current club on your current contract, and any organisation you hid yourself in privacy settings. We also look after how you show up, with at most five introductions a day, so your offer always lands on fresh ground. How far the assistant reaches is up to you. By default we stay inside your voivodeship. If you mark that you are open to moving, each day the system gradually widens the search into further regions, and only towards verified clubs.

The assistant also makes sure nothing important passes you by, without the extra noise. If a sudden intake or a trial day planned for the next fourteen days appears near you, you get a direct notification on the phone where the app is installed. Events further ahead, and news that a new active club has joined, are gathered into one clear notification report, delivered with the morning batch of offers. Keep your profile current and allow notifications, and the platform looks after the next step in your football career.

Pick your role

Pick the role that fits you today. Under it you will see why it exists, what you actually gain and what an ordinary day looks like. You do not have to read everything at once.

Player

Main goal

I want clubs to see my digital CV.

Your profile is a football CV that works for you. You show what you can do and where you play, and clubs looking for reinforcements can find you on their own. You decide whether they see your full name or a nickname.

What you can do

  • Create a sporting profile (position, age, playing level, city, video).
  • Turn on “looking for a club” so the system can send you matching offers.
  • Send a CV straight to clubs registered on the platform.
  • Sign up for trials, camps and tournaments.
  • Hide your profile from a specific club (for example your current employer) while staying visible to the rest of the market.
  • Ask agencies for official managerial representation.

What an ordinary day looks like

  1. You: Profile → position, age, level, city, and turn on “looking for a club”.

What happens then: Matches and Offers update at once. The system compares you with club listings by position, age, level and distance (radius from the town). If something fits, you get a notification.

  2. You: Events → filter by type and region, then sign up.

What happens then: You see trials and camps for your age group. The club gets you on the registration list.

  3. You: Listing or club profile → Send CV. Or Representation → request to an agency.

What happens then: The CV lands in the club inbox. The agency accepts or declines in one click.

  4. You: Profile → hide from a chosen club.

What happens then: The rest of the market still sees you. That club does not.

Important

The Player role is not for a child’s profile — that is the Parent role.

Parent / Guardian

Main goal

I want call-ups, the training calendar, and a way to ask an academy without the child's name.

You keep a calm eye on your child's football life. You receive call ups, you see the schedule, and when you look for an academy you send only the age group and the region. That message has no child's name, no phone number and no link to the card.

What you can do

  • Receive call-ups and confirm attendance in the age-group calendar.
  • Send a notice to an academy: age group and voivodeship, without the child's name.
  • Add one or more children (age group, position and city).
  • Browse local schools and academies.
  • Sign a child up for trials, camps and tournaments.
  • Track every registration in one panel.

What an ordinary day looks like

  1. You: Parent profile → add a child (U category, position, city) and tick “looking for an academy”.

What happens then: Matches show academies and clubs recruiting youth nearby. The child does not enter the senior search.

  2. You: Events → sign that child up for a trial, camp or tournament.

What happens then: Registration status lives in Sign-ups. The club sees a parent application, not a junior transfer card.

  3. You: Age-group calendar → you confirm “will come” only for a date with a call-up. Separately: the academy notice.

What happens then: You see the training and matches of your child's age group. In the notice the club receives the age group and voivodeship. The name, phone and card link are not in that message.

Important

A youth profile does not enter the senior search. The academy notice does not include the child's name, phone or a link to the card. Contact with the club goes through you.

Club

Main goal

I set who the team needs, and I run the academy in one place.

You say who the team needs, and we bring you people who actually fit. For an academy you look after fees, medicals and messages to families in the same place, without clicking through dozens of groups.

What you can do

  • Set the exact need, and the system filters the database and sends profiles.
  • Run the age-group calendar: training, matches, attendance and call-ups.
  • Watch membership fees and medical dates. The payment request goes to the parent, the medical reminder to the club email.
  • Publish recruitment listings (players, coaches, scouts, managers or staff).
  • Receive matches and CVs in a system inbox.
  • Announce academy intakes so local parents can find you.
  • Run trials, tournaments, camps or friendlies and collect sign-ups via one public link.
  • Manage a squad, attendance lists and amateur leagues (fixtures and tables).
  • Post demand for kit or services and get offers from Business Catalogue companies.

What an ordinary day looks like

  1. You: Requirements → new listing: who (player, coach, staff…), position, age, level, town and radius.

What happens then: Matching lines this up with market profiles at once. Fits go to Matches and they get a notification. CVs land in the inbox.

  2. You: Club profile → Academy / Club+Academy, or “recruiting youth”.

What happens then: Parents with “looking for an academy” see you in Matches.

  3. You: Events → new event: type, audience, place limit. You get a public link.

What happens then: Sign-ups collect in the event panel. For youth age groups, a parent registers.

  4. You: Profile → mark which supplier you need (merch, kit…).

What happens then: The Suppliers tile shows Business Catalogue firms in that category.

  5. You: Age-group calendar, Fees or Medicals.

What happens then: A parent linked by email sees call-ups for their age group. The fee request goes to them. The medical reminder goes to the club email.

Important

Core features (recruitment, events, squad, leagues) are free for clubs. PRO is for commercial agencies and organisers.

Coach

Main goal

I want to run an age group without paperwork and, if needed, look for a post.

Leave the paperwork and stay with the tactics. The calendar, attendance and call ups are right there, free. When you want a job, you switch that on in your profile and offers from club boards come to you.

What you can do

  • Run the training and match calendar for your age group.
  • Check attendance on a list, without a paper sheet.
  • Publish call-ups. The parent sees them in the calendar and confirms attendance.
  • Create a digital card with qualifications, career path and working style.
  • Turn on “looking for a job” to attract offers from club boards.
  • Run your own events (camps, trials, friendlies) and handle sign-ups from one link.
  • Search the player database and save names to a private watchlist before talks start.

What an ordinary day looks like

  1. You: Profile → licence, age groups, city and “looking for a job”.

What happens then: When a club posts a coach listing that fits (licence, region), you get a Match and a notification.

  2. You: Events → new camp, trial or friendly: group and limit.

What happens then: Public link and a sign-up list in the panel. Matching suggests the event to people in the right age group.

  3. You: Search or Map → filter by position, age, voivodeship → shortlist / watchlist.

What happens then: That is your manual shortlist before talks. “We need a player” listings are still posted by the club.

  4. You: Age-group calendar → dates, attendance list, Publish call-ups.

What happens then: A parent with the same email only sees their age group and confirms whether the child will come. The tool is free.

Important

A coach does not publish ads such as “we need a player for the team”. That belongs to the Club. The calendar, attendance list and call-ups are free.

Scout

Main goal

I find talent and record observations on a scouting sheet.

Match notes do not have to live in a spreadsheet and a messenger. You have one place for observations, a list of names and a sheet you can send on.

What you can do

  • Search players in depth (position, age and region).
  • Fill in a scouting sheet after a match (verdict, traits by position, recommendation).
  • Build candidate shortlists before meeting club officials.
  • Send the sheet as a PDF to the teams you work with.

What an ordinary day looks like

  1. You: Search / Map → set position, age and region.

What happens then: You get a list and pins for players who match the filter. You can turn on an alert for new results by email.

  2. You: Add to a watchlist, fill in a sheet after the match, move them to a shortlist before the meeting.

What happens then: Sheets and lists stay in one panel. You can send the sheet as a PDF.

Important

A scout does not run intakes or events. Observation, not event creation.

Manager (individual)

Main goal

I represent my players and negotiate with clubs.

You look after your players yourself, without a whole office. When a club needs someone like your player, you get a signal and a place to show them to the sporting director.

What you can do

  • Add profiles of players in your roster.
  • Get automatic matches when clubs look for people with specific parameters.
  • Chat with clubs on behalf of your player.
  • Find talent on the market map and save them to a shortlist.

What an ordinary day looks like

  1. You: Roster → add your players (position, status).

What happens then: When a club posts a listing for that position, age and region, a Match appears on your player. You do not have to scan the board by hand.

  2. You: You run club chat.

What happens then: The thread sits with the player. You negotiate on their behalf.

  3. You: Map / Search → filter and shortlist if you are building a roster.

What happens then: That is a separate manual list. Auto-matching runs from club listings onto your roster.

Important

The Manager role is for one person running their own roster. An agency is for a whole office.

Agency (management office)

Main goal

I want to show my players to sporting directors.

You build contacts and show your players where decisions are made. Sporting directors across Poland see your portfolio in one place.

What you can do

  • Tell the market what player profile you want in your roster.
  • Accept or decline players’ requests for representation.
  • Get notified when a club is looking for someone who fits your portfolio.
  • Receive CVs in the system inbox.
  • Run official talks with clubs in chat.

What an ordinary day looks like

  1. You: Requirements → who you want in the portfolio (position, age, region).

What happens then: Matching suggests players. They get a signal; CVs land in the inbox.

  2. You: Representation → accept or decline a player’s request.

What happens then: After you accept, they are in the portfolio and it shows on the profile.

  3. You: Wait for a club to post a profile that matches someone you represent.

What happens then: Matches show which club is looking for someone from your roster. Then chat and conversation status.

Important

The basic plan has limits. Optional PRO unlocks a larger roster, deeper analytics, a map highlight and wider active-search options.

Staff

Main goal

I am looking for a staff job: assistant, physiotherapist, analyst, director.

Looking for a place on the staff, as an assistant, physio, analyst or director? You will find ads from boards and academies who are building the people around the team. A coaching job sits under the Coach role. This role is for the rest of the staff.

What you can do

  • Pick your specialism and tick “looking for a job”.
  • Browse job listings from clubs and agencies.
  • Get notified when someone on the market needs your role.
  • Sign up for industry conferences and courses.

What an ordinary day looks like

  1. You: Profile → role (physio, sporting director, analyst…) and “looking for a job”.

What happens then: A club staff listing for that job and region lands in your Matches and inbox.

  2. You: Events → filter conferences and courses.

What happens then: One-click sign-up. The organiser keeps the list.

Important

This role is not for recruiting players or organising tournaments.

Organisation

Main goal

I want to run a tournament without writing the schedule by hand.

You put a tournament together without writing the fixtures out by hand. The schedule, the scores and contact with the teams live in one place, and it is free.

What you can do

  • Build groups, a bracket and a schedule without writing every match by hand.
  • Enter scores and give the teams one link to the schedule.
  • Create a sporting or educational event.
  • Set place limits and who the event is for (players, parents, staff).
  • Take registrations on the platform or send people to your own form.
  • Run amateur leagues.

What an ordinary day looks like

  1. You: Events → new event: type, audience, limit, sign-up on the platform or an external link.

What happens then: Public link. Matching suggests the event to players, parents or staff in the right group. Sign-ups (if they go through us) sit in your panel.

  2. You: Set youth (U) age groups.

What happens then: A parent registers from a guardian account, not the child.

  3. You: Amateur league → teams, fixtures, results.

What happens then: The table updates when you enter results.

  4. You: Tournaments → name, date, age group, format, teams, generate matches.

What happens then: The schedule builds itself. You enter the score on the match, and the bracket takes the group winners. The public link turns on after FutbolMarket approves it.

Important

Basic event organisation is free. PRO lets you run more events at once, adds analytics, attendee export and a search highlight.

Supplier (Business catalogue)

Main goal

I want club dressing rooms to find my offer.

Football is also the people behind the dressing room. The directory connects clubs with trusted suppliers of kit, equipment, legal help, sports psychology and books. The account comes by invitation.

What you can do

  • Have a featured B2B card in the catalogue and a pin on the map.
  • After login, edit your offer and product photos.
  • See clubs that just posted demand in your category.
  • Start contact with decision-makers at clubs.

What an ordinary day looks like

  1. You: You get an invite, log in, fill in offer category and photos.

What happens then: A card in the Business catalogue and a pin on the map.

  2. You: A club ticks “looking for a supplier” in your category.

What happens then: You see that club on the Suppliers tile and write in chat. This is not sporting recruitment.

Important

Closed loop. There is no open sign-up. If as a company owner you also want the football market or recruitment, add one of the roles above to the account.

What the tiles mean

Below are the same tiles you see after you sign in. Each one looks after a single part of everyday football. Stay with the ones that fit your role. You can leave the rest for later.

Profile

Your calling card. This is where someone decides whether they want to talk to you.

Who uses this

Everyone
  1. Add basics, location, and video or photos if you have them.
  2. Turn on a public profile if you want a shareable link.
  3. With several roles, fill each one separately.

Offers

Ads from your area: who is looking for whom, and on what terms.

Who uses this

PlayerClubCoachScoutManagerAgencyStaffOrganization
  1. Filter by role and voivodeship.
  2. Open the listing and the club or agency profile.
  3. Chat or send a CV if it fits.

Market map

The same area, on a map. You see who is close.

Who uses this

Everyone
  1. Turn on role filters you care about.
  2. Tap a pin to open a profile.
  3. To appear on the map, add a location in your profile.

Matches

Suggestions that come to you. You decide whether to go further.

Who uses this

PlayerClubCoachScoutManagerAgencyStaffOrganizationParent / guardian
  1. Open a card and see why it showed up.
  2. Move status: interested → talks → trial → decision.
  3. Reject poor fits so the list stays clear.

CV inbox

Applications land here. A club or agency sees who got in touch.

Who uses this

ClubPlayerAgency
  1. Player: send a CV from a profile or offer.
  2. Club / agency: receive it and set a status.
  3. If someone fits, chat.

Requirements

Where a club or agency says plainly who they need. We bring them the profiles that fit.

Who uses this

ClubAgency
  1. Create a requirement (who, position, age, region). You can add a poster from a file.
  2. Set it active.
  3. Manage candidates in Matches.

Business catalogue

The dressing room and trusted suppliers: kit, equipment, legal help, sports psychology and books. Separate from recruitment.

Who uses this

ClubCompany with an offer
  1. The club marks which supplier it needs on its profile.
  2. The Suppliers tile shows firms in that category.
  3. The firm writes to the club in chat. This is not player recruitment.

Shortlist

Your private list of people you want to talk to before you send a message.

Who uses this

ClubAgencyScoutManagerCoach
  1. Add from a profile or search.
  2. Compare and unmark rejects.
  3. When ready, open chat.

Events

Trials, intakes, tournaments, camps, friendlies and conferences. Some people post them, others sign up.

Who uses this

ClubCoachOrganizationPlayerParent / guardianScoutManagerStaff
  1. Organiser (club, coach, organisation): New event → type, place (including abroad for camp/tournament/course/conference), sign-ups here or an external link.
  2. Participant: register yourself or a team — or open the organiser’s page.
  3. The organiser manages sign-ups (when they go through us) and can share a public link.

Calendar, attendance and call-ups

Training, matches, attendance and call ups. A parent only sees their child's age group.

Who uses this

ClubCoachStaffParent / guardianScoutManager
  1. The club or coach adds the age group, the squad and the dates. A weekly series can be added in one go.
  2. For a match you mark who is called up and press Publish call-ups.
  3. You tick attendance on the list. The parent confirms they will come, or writes a reason if not.

Academy fees

Academy fees, a sibling discount and a quiet reminder for the parent.

Who uses this

Club
  1. Add the age group, the parent and the child, then set the fee.
  2. Charge the month and send the requests. The email goes to the parent.
  3. The sibling discount comes off the cheapest fee.

Medical exams

We watch how long medicals stay valid. The club gets a reminder before something runs out.

Who uses this

Club
  1. Enter the exam: player, date, result and valid-until.
  2. Turn reminders on. An empty address means the club email.
  3. The message goes out 30 days before, 7 days before, and on the expiry day.

Tournaments

Groups, a bracket and scores in one link for the teams that entered.

Who uses this

Organization
  1. The organizer creates the tournament: name, date, age group and format.
  2. Adds the teams and generates the matches.
  3. Enters the scores. The bracket takes the group winners.

Children / wards

Private profiles for children. They are for the calendar and sign ups, not the transfer market.

Who uses this

Parent / guardian
  1. Add a child: name, date of birth, age group.
  2. Open Events and register the chosen child.
  3. The child’s profile stays with you, the club sees the sign-up, not a market card.
  4. When you are looking for an academy, send a notice: the club receives the age group and voivodeship, without the child's name, phone or a link to the card.

Representation

An official we represent each other. Both sides have to agree before it shows on the profile.

Who uses this

PlayerAgency
  1. Send or receive a request.
  2. Confirm or reject.
  3. After confirmation it shows on the profile, builds trust.

Roster

The players you already look after.

Who uses this

Manager
  1. Add a player to the roster.
  2. Fill category or status.
  3. Use it with offers and the shortlist.

Scouting / lists

Names you are keeping an eye on, before a decision is made.

Who uses this

ScoutManagerClubCoach
  1. Add a player to a list.
  2. Return to notes before a match or talk.
  3. A scout can fill in a scouting sheet later.

Profiles you follow. You hear when something important changes.

Who uses this

Everyone
  1. Tap Follow on a profile.
  2. Come back here for the list.
  3. Act on notifications.

Contact requests

Your phone and email do not have to be on show. Someone asks, you decide.

Who uses this

Everyone
  1. You get a request in this inbox.
  2. Approve or reject.
  3. After approval the other side sees the details.

Chat

A normal conversation between two people, without a group chat.

Who uses this

Everyone
  1. Open chat from a profile or match.
  2. Be concrete: role, category, timing.
  3. Turn on notifications so you don’t miss replies.

Notifications

A signal when someone writes, a match appears or an ad is posted for you.

Who uses this

Everyone
  1. Enable browser notifications.
  2. On mobile you can add the site to the home screen.
  3. Mark items read on the list.

Analytics

A calm summary: who looked, how many matches there were, and whether people write.

Who uses this

PlayerClubCoachScoutManagerAgencyStaffOrganizationCompany with an offer
  1. Check views and matches.
  2. Compare with message count.
  3. Lots of views, few messages? Improve the profile text.

PRO

More room for agencies and organisers who are in this seriously.

Who uses this

AgencyOrganization
  1. On the PRO page see Free vs PRO.
  2. Send the request or payment as instructed.
  3. After activation you get the wider set.

Account

Roles, privacy and emails. This is also where you can switch the account off if you ever want to.

Who uses this

Everyone
  1. Add a role, set the primary one, or hide a role from the market (without deleting everything).
  2. Choose whether you want emails.
  3. Deactivate or delete only when you’re sure.

More than one role

One account can hold more than one life in football. You can be a player and a coach at the same time, or a coach and a parent. You fill in each role on its own, and you pick one as the main role, which is where the panel starts. Inside you see the tiles of every active role together. If one of them needs a rest, you switch it off the market. The details stay and you can come back. A club, an agency and an organisation are company accounts. They sit beside private roles and do not mix the way a player and a coach do.

For clubs and partners

You can show this page to a chair, a sponsor or an academy. It explains how the market works, without opening an account. On one side are people looking for a place: players, coaches and staff. On the other are clubs, agencies and organisers looking for people or putting events together. A club and an agency get ads, an inbox for applications, a short list of candidates, events and a calm conversation. An organiser builds an event, collects entries and gets one public link. A business partner can appear in the directory and on the map. Our team adds the card. There is no self serve sign up. Trust comes from verification, and from phone and email appearing only when both sides want that. If you want to offer something, write or call.

  • Want sports clubs in the region to find you themselves?

Path: Contact us (you do not create a business account).

You tell us what you offer. We create a card in /biznes and put you on the map that club decision-makers use.

  • A club needs merch, kit or training wear?

Path: The club ticks a category on its profile → Suppliers tile.

When a team marks a need (merch, souvenirs, training kit), they see your card in recommended suppliers. This space is for B2B products and services only, separate from sporting recruitment.

Questions

Why don’t I see every tile?+

The panel shows only what makes sense for your roles. A player sees a different set from a club. Look in Account, under roles, or in the section above.

Can I be a player and a coach at once?+

Yes. You fill in both separately. You can switch one off the market for a while without deleting the account.

How is shortlist different from following?+

A shortlist is your working list of people you want to talk to. Following is quieter: you hear when something important changes on the profile.

Who can post events?+

A club, a coach and an organisation. Everyone else signs up if the event is for them.

What’s PRO for?+

For agencies and organisers working at a larger scale. They get more room and clearer summaries. The details are on the PRO page after you sign in.

How does agency representation work?+

One side sends a request, the other accepts or declines it. After both agree, it shows on both profiles.

Can someone see my profile without an account?+

Only if you turn on a public profile or a public event yourself. You get an ordinary link you can send, for example to a coach.

I have a company and want to be in the Business directory. How do I sign up?+

You do not open a partner account yourself. Our team adds the card. Write to mail@futbolmarket.pl or call +48 697 697 468. If you also need a place on the market, for example as an event organiser, choose the Organisation role.
