You show your ability on the market. This is where clubs and agencies find you. You decide whether to appear under your full name or a nickname.
What you can do
Create a sporting profile (position, age, playing level, city, video).
Turn on “looking for a club” so the system can send you matching offers.
Send a CV straight to clubs registered on the platform.
Sign up for trials, camps and tournaments.
Hide your profile from a specific club (for example your current employer) while staying visible to the rest of the market.
Ask agencies for official managerial representation.
How it works in the system
You set: Profile → position, age, level, city, and turn on “looking for a club”.
The system answers: Matches and Offers update at once. The system compares you with club listings by position, age, level and distance (radius from the town). If something fits, you get a notification.
You set: Events → filter by type and region, then sign up.
The system answers: You see trials and camps for your age group. The club gets you on the registration list.
You set: Listing or club profile → Send CV. Or Representation → request to an agency.
The system answers: The CV lands in the club inbox. The agency accepts or declines in one click.
You set: Profile → hide from a chosen club.
The system answers: The rest of the market still sees you. That club does not.
Important
The Player role is not for a child’s profile — that is the Parent role.
Parent / Guardian
Main goal
I’m looking for an academy, trials and camps for my child.
You manage the football path of a player who is too young for their own account on the transfer market.
What you can do
Add one or more children (age group, position and city).
Browse local schools and academies.
Sign a child up for trials, camps and tournaments.
Track every registration in one panel.
How it works in the system
You set: Parent profile → add a child (U category, position, city) and tick “looking for an academy”.
The system answers: Matches show academies and clubs recruiting youth nearby. The child does not enter the senior search.
You set: Events → sign that child up for a trial, camp or tournament.
The system answers: Registration status lives in Sign-ups. The club sees a parent application, not a junior transfer card.
Important
A youth profile does not appear in the senior search. The system protects the child’s data, and all contact with clubs goes through you.
Club
Main goal
We recruit staff, post intakes and run events.
No more makeshift recruiting on Facebook. You get one working panel for applications.
What you can do
Publish recruitment listings (players, coaches, scouts, managers or staff).
Receive matches and CVs in a system inbox.
Announce academy intakes so local parents can find you.
Run trials, tournaments, camps or friendlies and collect sign-ups via one public link.
Manage a squad, attendance lists and amateur leagues (fixtures and tables).
Post demand for kit or services and get offers from Business Catalogue companies.
How it works in the system
You set: Requirements → new listing: who (player, coach, staff…), position, age, level, town and radius.
The system answers: Matching lines this up with market profiles at once. Fits go to Matches and they get a notification. CVs land in the inbox.
You set: Club profile → Academy / Club+Academy, or “recruiting youth”.
The system answers: Parents with “looking for an academy” see you in Matches.
You set: Events → new event: type, audience, place limit. You get a public link.
The system answers: Sign-ups collect in the event panel. For youth age groups, a parent registers.
You set: Profile → mark which supplier you need (merch, kit…).
The system answers: The Suppliers tile shows Business Catalogue firms in that category.
Important
Core features (recruitment, events, squad, leagues) are free for clubs. PRO is for commercial agencies and organisers.
Coach
Main goal
I’m looking for a club job or I run my own camps and trials.
The system shows your licences and experience, and also gives you tools to act on your own.
What you can do
Create a digital card with qualifications, career path and working style.
Turn on “looking for a job” to attract offers from club boards.
Run your own events (camps, trials, friendlies) and handle sign-ups from one link.
Search the player database and save names to a private watchlist before talks start.
How it works in the system
You set: Profile → licence, age groups, city and “looking for a job”.
The system answers: When a club posts a coach listing that fits (licence, region), you get a Match and a notification.
You set: Events → new camp, trial or friendly: group and limit.
The system answers: Public link and a sign-up list in the panel. Matching suggests the event to people in the right age group.
You set: Search or Map → filter by position, age, voivodeship → shortlist / watchlist.
The system answers: That is your manual shortlist before talks. “We need a player” listings are still posted by the club.
Important
A coach does not post “we need a player for the team” listings — that belongs to the Club.
Scout
Main goal
I find talent and record observations on a scouting sheet.
You move notes out of Excel and Messenger into an organised system.
What you can do
Search players in depth (position, age and region).
Fill in a scouting sheet after a match (verdict, traits by position, recommendation).
Build candidate shortlists before meeting club officials.
Send the sheet as a PDF to the teams you work with.
How it works in the system
You set: Search / Map → set position, age and region.
The system answers: You get a list and pins for players who match the filter. You can turn on an alert for new results by email.
You set: Add to a watchlist, fill in a sheet after the match, move them to a shortlist before the meeting.
The system answers: Sheets and lists stay in one panel. You can send the sheet as a PDF.
Important
A scout does not run intakes or events. Observation, not event creation.
Manager (individual)
Main goal
I represent my players and negotiate with clubs.
When a team looks for a player matching your client’s profile, the system tells you straight away.
What you can do
Add profiles of players in your roster.
Get automatic matches when clubs look for people with specific parameters.
Chat with clubs on behalf of your player.
Find talent on the market map and save them to a shortlist.
How it works in the system
You set: Roster → add your players (position, status).
The system answers: When a club posts a listing for that position, age and region, a Match appears on your player. You do not have to scan the board by hand.
You set: You run club chat.
The system answers: The thread sits with the player. You negotiate on their behalf.
You set: Map / Search → filter and shortlist if you are building a roster.
The system answers: That is a separate manual list. Auto-matching runs from club listings onto your roster.
Important
The Manager role is for one person running their own roster. An agency is for a whole office.
Agency (management office)
Main goal
We manage a player portfolio, collect club enquiries and handle formal representation.
What you can do
Tell the market what player profile you want in your roster.
Accept or decline players’ requests for representation.
Get notified when a club is looking for someone who fits your portfolio.
Receive CVs in the system inbox.
Run official talks with clubs in chat.
How it works in the system
You set: Requirements → who you want in the portfolio (position, age, region).
The system answers: Matching suggests players. They get a signal; CVs land in the inbox.
You set: Representation → accept or decline a player’s request.
The system answers: After you accept, they are in the portfolio and it shows on the profile.
You set: Wait for a club to post a profile that matches someone you represent.
The system answers: Matches show which club is looking for someone from your roster. Then chat and conversation status.
Important
The basic plan has limits. Optional PRO unlocks a larger roster, deeper analytics, a map highlight and wider active-search options.
Staff
Main goal
I’m looking for club work as a physio, analyst, sporting director or administrator.
This is the jobs market for roles off the pitch.
What you can do
Pick your specialism and tick “looking for a job”.
Browse job listings from clubs and agencies.
Get notified when someone on the market needs your role.
Sign up for industry conferences and courses.
How it works in the system
You set: Profile → role (physio, sporting director, analyst…) and “looking for a job”.
The system answers: A club staff listing for that job and region lands in your Matches and inbox.
You set: Events → filter conferences and courses.
The system answers: One-click sign-up. The organiser keeps the list.
Important
This role is not for recruiting players or organising tournaments.
Organisation
Main goal
I create tournaments, camps, trials or conferences and collect sign-ups.
For external organisers (not clubs) who want one public link instead of private-message chaos.
What you can do
Create a sporting or educational event.
Set place limits and who the event is for (players, parents, staff).
Take registrations on the platform or send people to your own form.
Run amateur leagues.
How it works in the system
You set: Events → new event: type, audience, limit, sign-up on the platform or an external link.
The system answers: Public link. Matching suggests the event to players, parents or staff in the right group. Sign-ups (if they go through us) sit in your panel.
You set: Set youth (U) age groups.
The system answers: A parent registers from a guardian account, not the child.
You set: Amateur league → teams, fixtures, results.
The system answers: The table updates when you enter results.
Important
Basic event organisation is free. PRO lets you run more events at once, adds analytics, attendee export and a search highlight.
Supplier (Business catalogue)
Main goal
I represent a football business (kit, apparel, apps). My card shows to clubs looking for suppliers.
Account by invitation only.
What you can do
Have a featured B2B card in the catalogue and a pin on the map.
After login, edit your offer and product photos.
See clubs that just posted demand in your category.
Start contact with decision-makers at clubs.
How it works in the system
You set: You get an invite, log in, fill in offer category and photos.
The system answers: A card in the Business catalogue and a pin on the map.
You set: A club ticks “looking for a supplier” in your category.
The system answers: You see that club on the Suppliers tile and write in chat. This is not sporting recruitment.
Important
Closed loop. There is no open sign-up. If as a company owner you also want the football market or recruitment, add one of the roles above to the account.
