FutbolMarket.pl connects football market sides (players, clubs, coaches, scouts, managers, agencies, staff). We are not a party to transfer contracts and not an employer of users.
3. Account and user duties
You are responsible for truthful profile data and communications. Unlawful content, spam, impersonation and abuse are prohibited. We may limit or suspend accounts for breaches.
4. Content and IP
You keep rights to content you publish and grant us a licence to display it as needed to run the platform. The futbolmarket.pl brand and UI belong to the operator.
5. Paid features (PRO)
Some features may be paid. Scope, price and activation are shown in the PRO offer. Company payments may require an invoice and manual activation.
6. Liability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for outcomes of user-to-user relations or user-published content beyond legal duties.
