2. Data we collect

Depending on your role we may process:

• account data (email, name, role, profile photo);
• professional or club profile data (location, experience, media, listings);
• contact details you provide (phone, contact email, social links);
• technical data (logs, device/browser identifiers, push tokens).

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide the marketplace (accounts, profiles, matching, chat, notifications), PRO billing, security, request handling (including account deletion) and - with consent - our own marketing. Bases: contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and consent where required.

4. Sharing

Profile data is shown according to your settings (public/private profile and phone/email visibility). We use processors (hosting, Firebase/Google Cloud, email) under our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep data while the account exists and as needed for billing, security and legal duties. After deactivation the profile leaves the market; after an approved deletion request we delete or anonymise data within a reasonable time, subject to legal exceptions.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under GDPR. You can request account deletion in settings or by email. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and similar tech

We use necessary tech for login, security and app features (including PWA / notifications). Where required we ask for consent for extra features.
