Create a profile, set your position and “looking for a club”. FutbolMarket scores matches and, with your consent, sends clubs a teaser, including directory clubs that do not have an account yet. No Facebook groups, no CVs into the void.
futbolmarket.pl is Poland’s football talent and jobs market: players find clubs, clubs post squads, coaches and staff find roles. It is not the German Transfermarkt of star valuations.
How it works
Sign up as a player. Add position, year of birth, region and an optional video. Turn on “looking for a club”. Use your real name or a nickname, and hide the profile from selected clubs (for example your current one). FutbolMarket works like your digital manager: you do not spray CVs yourself.
What the club sees
A club with an account posts who they need or browses the map and gets a match. A directory club (no account) gets a teaser from us: position, age, region, not your phone. Full contact after they claim the listing.
Trials, camps, changing club
The site also lists events: trial days, camps and friendlies with sign-up lists. You are looking for a club in Poland, amateur, semi-pro, academy, not foreign star prices.

- How do I find a football club in Poland?
- Create a profile on futbolmarket.pl, switch on “looking for a club” and set your region. The platform matches you with clubs and can send them a teaser. Clubs with an account also see you in search and on the map. You can browse the directory and sign up for trials.
- Do I have to show my real name?
- No. You can use a nickname. Search and your public profile show only what you set. You can hide selected clubs.
- Is this Transfermarkt.de?
- No. futbolmarket.pl is a Polish market for finding a club, listings and football jobs. We do not publish Bundesliga star valuations.
- Does a directory club automatically want me?
- The directory is a visiting card. A club without an account cannot take CVs or chat. With your consent FutbolMarket can still send them a profile teaser (position, age, region). Full contact and listings start after the club claims the card.
