What this is

FutbolMarket really connects the football community in your region. For players it works like a personal digital manager: it reads the market, finds matches and discreetly notifies local teams. Children and parents are safely matched with academies, away from the senior transfer market.

After login you see a hub with tiles. Each tile is one thing: offers, map, chat, events. You don’t need to know them all. Start with your profile and what you’re looking for.

  • You fill in a profile so others know who you are.
  • You look for people or listings, on a list or on a map of Poland.
  • You get match suggestions. For directory clubs FutbolMarket can send a teaser (position, age, region).
  • You chat and get notified about messages.
  • Clubs and agencies can post who they need; you can apply.
  • You can share a profile link (if you turn visibility on).

You create a profile. We reach the clubs. FutbolMarket works like your personal digital manager. The system constantly reads the market, looks for the best matches and discreetly tells local teams about you. You stay in control of your privacy. You decide whether to show your real name or keep a nickname.

  • Looking for a club for your position?

    Path: Profile → tick “Looking for a club” → Matches.

    You browse teams in your voivodeship, including those without a full account yet. With your consent FutbolMarket sends them an anonymous teaser (your position, age and region), without your phone number or surname.

  • The club already has an account and you want to send a CV?

    Path: Openings or Club profile → click “Send CV”.

    Your application goes straight into an organised inbox in the officials’ panel and as an email notification. You can also just start a conversation in the built-in chat.

  • Looking for a trial, camp or tournament?

    Path: Main hub → Events.

    You filter events by your age group and region. You find what you want and sign up in one click.

  • Don’t want your current employer to know you are looking?

    Path: Profile → Hide from selected clubs.

    Other teams on the market still see your profile and can make offers, but your current club cannot access it. You avoid unnecessary tension in the dressing room.

  • Want official representation from an agency?

    Path: Main hub → Representation.

    You send a request in the system to the agency you choose. The agency sees it and can confirm or decline representation in one click.

You decide. The child focuses on the game. You turn on “Looking for an academy”, and FutbolMarket matches the best academies and events in your voivodeship. With your consent the system discreetly sends an anonymous teaser (age group, position, region) to local clubs, without the child’s name or your phone number.

  • Looking for an academy or football school nearby?

    Path: Parent profile → Add a child → tick “Looking for an academy” → Matches.

    You browse vetted academies in your voivodeship. Clubs in the region (even without an active account) only get a general system teaser. Your child’s profile stays fully anonymous.

  • Want to sign the child up for trials, a summer camp or a tournament?

    Path: Main hub → Events → Sign the child up.

    You pick the event and register the young player in one click, then track status in the panel. The junior profile never appears in the public senior talent search.

  • Two children playing in different age groups?

    Path: Child profiles linked to the parent account.

    You can add a separate profile for each child. Each young player has their own age group, so you manage their sign-ups from one panel.

Can post events

Post who you need. Get people, not likes. Instead of getting lost in Facebook posts and comments, you publish one precise listing. You receive applications, build a private shortlist and plan trials from a single, organised panel.

  • Looking for a player for a specific position?

    Path: Main hub → Openings → New opening.

    You set the brief (position, age, voivodeship). The system matches you with fitting players. Applications land in Matches and an organised CV inbox, and you also get them on the club email.

  • Recruiting children and youth for the academy?

    Path: Club profile → tick “Recruiting youth”.

    The profile just needs the type “Academy” or “Club + Academy”. Parents looking for academies in your region will see you in Matches. The process stays safe, and the child’s data never lands on the public senior transfer market.

  • Want to plan winter friendlies today?

    Path: Main hub → Events → New event.

    You set the event type to “Friendly” and mark it as for clubs. You pick a date and a team cap, and the system generates a public link so interested sides can sign up directly.

  • Looking for a coach for the first team or the academy?

    Path: Main hub → Openings → New opening.

    You set the search to “Coach”, add the licence and region. The listing goes on the board, matching coaches get alerts, and you review applicants from Matches.

  • Running a kids tournament, camp or open trials?

    Path: Main hub → Events → New event.

    You set the type (Tournament, Camp, Trials) for parents or clubs. Forget messenger chaos — the sign-up list and places are managed in Events.

  • Looking for a company to make club merch?

    Path: Club profile → “Looking for a supplier” → Suppliers.

    You set the business need (merch, kit, training wear). The system shows vetted companies from that sector on the map and in the catalogue.

Can post events

Show your licence. Find a job or run your own event. Clubs immediately see your qualifications and experience. You can browse jobs, build a squad for the next round or manage sign-ups for your own events.

    When any club posts a need for a coach with your profile, the system emails you and shows the exact offer in Matches.

  • Want to run a summer camp, open trials or a friendly?

    Path: Main hub → Events → New event.

    You create the event, set the audience (youth or seniors) and a place cap. You generate a public link, share it on your channels and collect sign-ups into a clear list in the panel.

  • Building a squad and selecting names?

    Path: Search / Map → add a player to the Shortlist or Watchlist.

    You search the market, review players on the map and park interesting names on a private list before talks start. If you want, you can share that list with officials at the club you work with.

    You write a short report: match rating, potential and your recommendation. The sport department you work with sees your analysis live.

  • Looking for new faces in the field from a club brief?

    You search the local market with filters or pins on the map. You park selected people on a private list and have material ready before you talk to the board.

Create events and collect sign-ups. One link is enough. Whether you run a tournament, camp, trials or a conference, you set a place cap and the audience. Sign-ups land in a clear list in your panel, not in a mess of private messages.

  • Running a youth event where a parent should sign the child up?

    Path: Event settings → choose youth (U) age groups.

    When you pick a youth age group, the parent fills the form from their account and adds the child’s profile.

  • Planning a bigger event and need an export or a bracket?

    Path: PRO features.

    At a larger scale PRO gives you featured placement, a fast CSV export of sign-ups and automatic tournament brackets.

More than one role

One person can be e.g. a player and a coach, or a coach and a parent. You fill each role separately. Club, agency and organisation are company accounts, they work differently from a personal account.

  • You can have several roles and one primary (it shapes the first view).
  • You edit each role on its own.
  • You can temporarily hide a role from the market, data stays, you can come back.
  • On the hub you see tiles from all active roles together.
  • Club / agency / organisation accounts don’t combine with personal roles the same way as player + coach.

For clubs and partners

You can show this page to a president, sponsor or academy, it explains the market without login.

On one side: people looking for a place (players, coaches, staff). On the other: clubs, agencies and organisers looking for people or running events. A business partner can also appear in the Business directory and on the map.

  • Want sports clubs in the region to find you themselves?

    Path: Contact us (you do not create a business account).

    You tell us what you offer. We create a card in /biznes and put you on the map that club decision-makers use.

  • A club needs merch, kit or training wear?

    Path: The club ticks a category on its profile → Suppliers tile.

    When a team marks a need (merch, souvenirs, training kit), they see your card in recommended suppliers. This space is for B2B products and services only, separate from sporting recruitment.

  • Club and agency: listings, CVs, shortlist, events, verification, talks.
  • Organiser: events, registrations, public link.
  • Business partner: Business directory and map visibility, the team adds the card, there is no self-serve signup.
  • Trust: verification, badges, control of phone and email.
  • To list an offer: email or phone.

Questions

Why don’t I see every tile?+

The hub only shows what fits your active roles. A player sees different things than a club. Check Account → Roles or the roles section above.

Can I be a player and a coach at once?+

Yes. Fill both in separately. You can hide one from the market without deleting the whole account.

How is shortlist different from following?+

Shortlist is your working “talk to later” list. Following is lighter, you get a signal when something changes on the profile.

Who can post events?+

Club, coach and organisation. Others can register when the event is for their role.

What’s PRO for?+

For agencies and organisations that do a lot, more room and better summaries. Details are on the PRO page after login.

How does agency representation work?+

One side sends a request, the other confirms or rejects. After confirmation both sides see it.

Can someone see my profile without an account?+

Only if you turn on a public profile (or a public event). Then a normal link works, you can send it to a coach, for example.

I have a company and want to be in the Business directory. How do I sign up?+

You don’t create a partner account yourself, the team adds the card. Email mail@futbolmarket.pl or call +48 697 697 468. If you also need a market account (e.g. event organiser), pick the Organization role.
