Medical exams for the squad and academy

One list of the squad and academy children: who has a valid exam. It is a deadline desk, not a medical chart, and it does not lock a match squad elsewhere.

Result

The club enters the exam date and a result: fit, fit with a restriction, or unfit. You can add one short sentence about the restriction and the clinic name. There are no diagnoses or scans.

Validity

The end date is calculated. The default is 12 months for the squad and 6 for the academy. Change it in club settings or on a player. Unfit and expired players should not play. A player who is fit with a restriction can. Filters show who can play, who cannot, and whose exam is ending.

Reminder and the player's account

If the player has an account, the date feeds the banner on that account. It is not a public medical record. Email to the club 30 days before, 7 days before and on the expiry day stays off until the club turns it on.
