Academy fees
Academy fee billing, not the club's whole accounts. A parent does not need a FutbolMarket account.
Age groups and parents
The club enters the payee and account number, age groups with an amount and a due day, and parents with their children. A child belongs to an age group. A suspended month creates no fee.
How a month is calculated
A month is created when the club clicks to charge it. The base comes from the age-group price, then a scholarship and the child's own discount. The sibling discount comes off the cheapest active fee. With three children the cheapest gets the higher percent and the next the lower one. A tie goes to the younger child. Kit and camp are separate lines, without the sibling discount.
Payment and email
A payment, full or partial, closes the oldest open line. An overpayment stays as credit on the payer. The email includes the amount and the account number. A reminder 3 days before the due date and a notice 7 days after are off until the club turns them on.
